I got rhythm

Rhythm is constant in us. It’s only natural to be susceptible to the rhythms we hear and feel, because rhythm can be quite persuasive. Have you ever tried walking at a different pace than that of the marching band or the parade passing by? Or to not tap your foot when a particular song comes on?

But the most persuasive rhythm of all is the one inside of us. When we’re stressed or in a hurry, when we have to finish a thousand things at once, we inadvertently feel a frenetic rhythm. We sometimes even feel it when nothing is going on.

In this masterclass, we’ll learn how to work with these rhythms, allowing us to move as quickly or as slowly as we’d like, but differently.
