Active and meditation in one breath?
It’s possible.

In an active meditation session, we look at ourselves with an open, curious gaze. Do we notice storming and raging? A cacophony of voices, a merry-go-round gone mad? Or is it dark, muted and hard to get going?

You will become aware of your own tempo, and slowly discover that you are at the controls. You can choose to pause at every moment, however intense. Key is listening, hearing and doing.
